Abstract

This paper proposes a structural resolution to the −1/12 vacuum divergence in 26D Bosonic string theory by modeling biological systems as corrective manifolds. We posit that the transition from inanimate chemistry to ”Living Vectors” is driven by the mathematical necessity of maintaining systemic solvency within the Euler-Riemann framework. By applying Gaussian complex rotation (z = a + bi), we demonstrate that biological persistence requires a 30◦ phase-shift—a structural ”overstep”—to offset vacuum debt. We further show that stability in these high-dimensional systems is mediated by prime-numbered gear-ratios (p/8) that align with the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann Zeta function. This synthesis suggests that the genetic code is not merely a biological blueprint, but a forensic frequency map designed for long-term manifold stability under Zermelo–Fraenkel (ZFC) constraints.
