Serum IDO and serotonin as potential predictive biomarkers for identifying patients at risk of severe dengue: evidence from a pilot study in a Taiwanese cohort
Abstract
The dataset includes serum expression levels of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) and serotonin from both healthy individuals and dengue patients. In addition, serum levels of IDO, serotonin, interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in patients clinically classified as dengue without warning signs (DwoWS), dengue with warning signs (DwWS), and severe dengue (SD). All analyses presented in the main text and supplementary materials of this paper are based on this dataset.
