MDPE Framework & GBCO
Abstract
This book presents the MDPE Framework (Micro-Tasks Driven Prompt Engineering) and the GBCO governance model (Graph-Based Cognitive Orchestration) — a complete methodology for cognitive engineering applied to digital product development. Starting from the premise that collaboration between humans and artificial intelligences requires structure, transparency, and accountability, MDPE proposes decomposing complex work into atomic, traceable, and validatable micro-tasks. GBCO complements the framework with a graph-based governance model that makes every cognitive decision explainable and auditable. The book covers philosophical foundations, operational cycles (Plan-Prompt-Produce-Proof-Propagate), cognitive agent roles, quality metrics, maturity models, and practical application cases. Comparisons with ISO 42001, TOGAF, SAFe, and IEEE 7000 establish the framework's position in the AI governance ecosystem.
