Abstract

This work presents a conceptual clarification of observer-limited information in relativistic spacetime, focusing on causal accessibility and its implications for discussions of information loss and the Fermi paradox. The paper does not introduce new physical dynamics, but reformulates existing problems within standard relativistic causal structure.
