Abstract

Universe OS V10-B (Exponent-Only) is a deterministic, exponent-only mass schema. All predictions are generated from a fixed constant set and branch-specific rules that map discrete structure tags to (k, S), evaluated strictly by the exponent-form mass rule: m[GeV] = (M_base / (N_proj^k)) * Sm[MeV] = 1000 * m[GeV] Canon policy (hard constraints): Always use N_proj^k (exponent form). Any linearization such as "N_proj * k" is invalid. Do not absorb S into k via algebraic rearrangement. The model is deterministic: no fitting, no optimization. This release (Canon v1.0) provides: a frozen, machine-readable specification (YAML) of the core constants and branch rules (LEPTON / PS0M / NUCLEON / VECTOR), a minimal regression battery (CSV) to detect copy/paste mistakes and rule drift, deterministic evaluation logs (CSV/JSON) produced from the frozen rules for this release. Vector excitations are modeled using dyadic increments n/128 and an observation-meta-limited 1-bit interference flag X in {0,1}: m_exc = m_ground * (N_proj^(n/128)) * (1 + X/128) A Delta-shell component in this release freezes the validation protocol (range inclusion against PDG Breit–Wigner mass ranges); the shell-generator derivation is not part of Canon v1.0.
