Non-Shared Observation Management Limit Theory
Abstract
I have completed a new paper titled: “Non-Shared Observation Management Limit Theory” This paper describes the structural limits of management and coordination under conditions where observation is not shared. It does not propose improvements, solutions, or ideal models. Instead, it presents a negative result: why management remains structurally incomplete regardless of intelligence, effort, or system design. The paper is written in an academic style (Philosophies / STS–oriented) and is intended as a descriptive limit theory rather than a critique or prescription.
