Abstract

This note gives the final release-style synthesis of the internal-holonomy scattering court after the last audit pass. The former “holonomy-assisted tunneling” toy model is reframed as Bank-mediated phase-controlled transmission. The underlying calculation remains an ordinary stationary coupled-channel scattering problem with a piecewise-constant Hermitian 2 x 2 potential and exact segment propagators Y(x+L)=exp(ML)Y(x). The note does not modify quantum mechanics, does not derive Z_24 from scattering, and does not prove a microscopic R^8 Bank--Leaf dynamics. Its controlled claim is narrower: under an independently assumed Z_48 architecture and divisor filter, a Z_24-style interface-holonomy grid can be kinematically compatible with efficient Leaf-visible transmission. The central interpretive update is that “tunneling” names the Leaf-visible V_in -> V_out transmission signature, while the mechanism in the strong-mixing benchmark is Bank/interface-level holonomy transfer. The hidden channel H is not a second Leaf-space path; it is an internal companion channel participating through Hermitian Bank--Leaf interface maps. The relative phase Delta phi = phi_R - phi_L is read as an interface holonomy: a relative interface phase invariant under common rephasing of the two coupler phases, reported by the Leaf only through the visible transmission coefficient T_V(Delta phi). The note integrates the v2 governance cliff, Court v4.0 diagnostics, and Court BPT-1 decomposition. It includes same-geometry fair ratios, phase contrast, core-only H-participation, weak-g sweeps, equal-barrier, no-bypass and coupler-only controls, drift-band and threshold sensitivity, upstream-clock sensitivity, FWHM/high-Q diagnostics, continuous versus grid-projected blur, conditioning checks, and phase-orientation reciprocity. One diagnostic remains open: the full open-subspace S^dagger S - I unitarity audit. The companion artifact package contains the CSV, JSON, plots and reproduction scripts used by the numerical courts.
