Abstract

Anonymised normalized gene expression table obtained via BRB-Sequencing(https://doi.org/10.1186/s13059-019-1671-x) from PBMC sampled from PWH enrolled in Swiss HIV Cohort Study. The SHCS was approved by the ethics committees of the participating institutions, and written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
