Abstract

Black holes are conventionally modeled within General Relativity (GR) as endpoints ofgravitational collapse characterized solely by mass, angular momentum, and charge. Whilethis framework accurately predicts many observed phenomena, it treats black holesprimarily as sinks of matter and energy. This paper advances an SP3-augmentedinterpretation in which black holes function additionally as energy storage and dischargesystems, with observable partitioning of matter and energy occurring prior to event horizoncrossing. While black holes do not chemically filter matter, they strongly partition inflowingmaterial by angular momentum, phase state, and electromagnetic coupling. These processesleave measurable signatures in accretion disks and relativistic jets, motivating a view of jetsas delayed discharge channels from conditioned space-phase regions exterior to thehorizon.
