Model Passport: Neuro-Fuzzy and Machine Learning Classification of Economic Stability (based on MLP and CRT algorithms)
Abstract
English Version: This dataset contains the technical passport and calculation results of a classification model designed to evaluate economic stability based on geographical and financial factors. The study compares classical statistical methods (Logit and Probit regressions) with machine learning algorithms (Multi-layer Perceptron and Classification Trees). Key Features of the Model: Methodology: Comparative analysis of MLP (Multi-layer Perceptron) and CRT (Classification and Regression Trees) performed in IBM SPSS. Core Findings: The model identifies a critical "threshold of 75 km" from the front line as a decisive factor for economic agent classification. Non-linear Dynamics: Unlike linear models, the MLP demonstrates non-linear probability shifts (e.g., from 64.2% to 53.1% when closing the distance by 15 km), providing higher predictive accuracy (ROC AUC = 0.833). Technical Details: The model passport includes synaptic weights (notably the H1:3 neuron with a weight of -9.496) and precise threshold rules for regional case identification. Usage: This model can be used for regional economic forecasting and risk assessment in environments of high uncertainty.
