MUAYYAN HUQUQDAN MAHRUM QILISH TARIQASIDAGI JAZODAN OZOD QILISH ASOSLARI

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga asoslangan holda muayyan huquqdan mahrum qilish tariqasidagi jazo uning huquqiy asoslari, o’ziga xos xususiyatlari hamda ushbu jazodan ozod qilish asoslari, shartlariga bag’ishlangan. Maqolada muayyan huquqdan mahrum qilish tariqasidagi jazoni takomillashtirish yuzasidan taklif va mulohazalar, xorij tajribasi, shuningdek uning bugungi kundagi ahamyati, ushbu jazoni ijro etishda yuzaga kelayotgan muammolar hamdan ularni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan chora tadbirlar va boshqa sohaga oid ma’lumotlar ilgari surilgan. Abstract: This article, based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is devoted to the legal basis of punishment in the form of deprivation of a certain right, its specific features, as well as the grounds and conditions for exemption from this punishment. The article proposes proposals and opinions on improving the punishment in the form of deprivation of a certain right, foreign experience, as well as its significance today, problems arising in the execution of this punishment, as well as measures aimed at their elimination, and other information. Аннотация: В данной статье, основываясь на законодательстве Республики Узбекистан, рассматривается наказание в виде лишения определенного права, его правовые основы, особенности, а также основания и условия освобождения от данного наказания. Мақолада муайян ҳуқуқдан маҳрум қилиш жазосини такомиллаштириш бўйича таклиф ва фикрлар, хорижий тажриба ҳамда унинг бугунги кундаги аҳамияти, ушбу жазони ижро этишда юзага келаётган муаммолар ҳамда уларни бартараф этишга қаратилган чора-тадбирлар ва бошқа маълумотлар илгари сурилган.
