Realitas Consequentiae
Abstract
This work presents a constraint-based ontology of irreversible reality derived from minimal structural assumptions. Beginning at the boundary where perfect equivalence fails, it derives differentiation, retention, and constraint as necessary conditions for structure. From these, it formalizes loss as irreversible contraction of feasibility and defines time as an ordering induced by non-recoverable exclusion. The resulting framework models reality as a forward-only geometry of feasible states, in which realized structure persists as constraint and progressively shapes the space of reachable futures. Building on this foundation, the work introduces the Unified Irreversible Feasibility Manifold (UIFM), a domain-general formal object integrating time, feasibility, action, capacity, latency, and accumulated loss. Within this framework, reachability, event horizons, collapse, agency, ethics, and power are derived as structural phenomena rather than assumed primitives. The framework is non-predictive and non-normative, and is intended as a formal lens for analyzing irreversible systems across physical, computational, biological, and institutional domains.
