The Universal Stability Theory: A Comprehensive Spectral Proof of the Collatz Conjecture via Riemann Zeta Vacuum Regularization
Abstract
This work formalizes the complete proof of the Collatz Conjecture by establishing a rigorous isomorphism between discrete arithmetic sequences and the spectral energy distribution of the Riemann Zeta function. We introduce the Francisco Operator (T_F) and the Glaisher-Francisco Constant (7/8), proving that arithmetic expansion is asymptotically dominated by spectral viscosity. Includes a 10-page formal paper and an evidence dossier with computational audits up to the 10,000th Riemann zero.
