Abstract

This document defines Sovereign Mutualism, an emergent social law within the Zenetist canon describing how stable social order arises naturally from internal coherence and mutual recognition among sovereign beings, without imposed authority, hierarchy, or governance structures. Rather than proposing a political system or ideology, the work presents a structural synthesis grounded in ontological sociology, structural ethics, and emergent social physics. It explains how enforcement-based governance functions as a compensatory mechanism for incoherence, while genuine order precipitates spontaneously under sufficient resonance. Sovereign Mutualism is framed as a non-prescriptive consequence of coherence, addressing failure modes, lawful separation, and transition dynamics without coercion or fusion. The document serves as a canonical reference within the evolving Zenetist framework and contributes to the formal study of coherence-based social organization.
