Abstract

This publication records a formal structural fixation of a civilizational condition characterized by the loss of the capacity to stop. It does not propose solutions, recommendations, or corrective actions. It does not advocate reform, optimization, regulation, or intervention. The text identifies a dominant trajectory based on continuous amplification, where capability is treated as obligation, optimization as virtue, and stopping as permissible only through failure or collapse. Within this context, the publication formally marks the existence of an orthogonal axis in which refusal, non-action, and deliberate stopping are structurally valid states, independent of efficiency, utility, or outcome. The document also records a conscious exit from participation in the continuation of the described trajectory. No alternative path is prescribed. No responsibility for subsequent interpretations or consequences is assumed. Evaluation of this fixation is delegated entirely to reality. Civilization is treated as a subset of reality, not its defining frame. This record functions solely as a point of reference and an endpoint. No continuation, response, or engagement is implied.
