Abstract

Consciousness and reality can be understood as systems of oscillators that vibrate in a certain rhythm. Each reality has its own time signature - a unique frequency structure that determines the flow of time, perception and the structure of events. The brain, made up of billions of neural oscillators, naturally synchronizes its activity with this rhythm, creating a stable perceptual framework that we call "our reality." When the frequencies of the neural oscillators are in sync with the time signature of reality, temporal resonance is created - a state where consciousness tunes in to the rhythm of a particular space-time. If an external electrical or electromagnetic signal carrying a different time signature is introduced into the system, neuro-resonance can occur. This signal may partially synchronize the neural oscillators to a different temporal rhythm than the original one. As a result, part of the neurons become disconnected from the primary synchronization and begin to resonate with a second, different frequency structure. Desynchronization of the neuronal oscillators occurs, but this is not a malfunction, but an extension - a state of dual temporal resonance is created. In this state of consciousness, it does not perceive two realities separately, but their simultaneous resonance. The primary resonance remains stable and maintains anchoring in the original reality, while the secondary resonance represents the rhythm of another layer of reality that has a different phase shift. The two sets of rhythms influence each other and their interference creates a new vibrational pattern - a dual field of perception. At the level of subjective experience, this state can appear as interference light - a phenomenon that is not optical light, but an internal representation of the coherence between two temporal rhythms. Consciousness at this moment does not see the two realities separately, but perceives their merging into a new rhythm of time flow. The change in the flow of time here is not a distortion of space itself, but a change in the relationship between the internal rhythms of consciousness (neural oscillations) and the external rhythms of reality (the state of the physical fields). If these rhythms are in phase coincidence, time flows stably. When they shift, consciousness perceives a slowing, speeding up, or splitting of time. Thus, desynchronization allows perception to expand - a part of the neurons continues to provide stable contact with the original reality, while another part resonates with the other. An interference region is created where the phase of neither reality is dominant. This zero point of interference is a moment of equilibrium - a state where consciousness extends across both realities without switching between them. From a field perspective, this process can be understood as a synchronization of field states: the internal neural field of consciousness and the external reality field, such as the electromagnetic or Higgs field, which defines the structure of matter and time. When these states reach phase coherence, a unified vibrational field is created that connects consciousness to reality at a deeper level. This phenomenon can also be described mathematically - using the Fourier transform, the time signature of reality can be understood as a spectrum of frequencies that correspond to a particular rhythm of consciousness. At the moment of resonance, the spectrum of consciousness and reality overlap, a new rhythm, a new temporal structure is created. Thus, consciousness does not separate itself from the original reality, but expands its phase range: it can perceive multiple rhythms of time simultaneously. What appears as a transition to another reality is in fact a resonance between two time structures - an interference connection in which consciousness integrates two different rhythms into one complex experience. In this unified state, where phases are harmonized and field states synchronized, a new quality of perception can be born - a consciousness that understands reality not as a sequence but as a network of simultaneous rhythms in which time, space, and being become manifestations of one resonating structure.
