Abstract

Abstract Current paradigms in Artificial Intelligence focus predominantly on probabilistic generation from data distributions, often resulting in high-entropy outputs lacking causal consistency (known as "hallucinations"). This paper proposes a paradigm shift from learning patterns to constructing realities, formally establishing a new high-dimensional discipline: Computational Ontology & Creation (COC). Building upon the engineering protocols of WorldSeed (Zhang, 2025), this work investigates the mathematical structure, evolutionary dynamics, and logical boundaries of possible digital worlds. It aims to construct low-entropy, logically self-consistent entities out of the maximum-entropy void through formal axiomatic constraints. Key Contributions: The SABO Algebra: Introduces the formal tuple ⟨S, A, B, O⟩ (State, Action, Boundary, Observer) as the fundamental formalism for defining digital entities and their evolutionary dynamics. Canonical Slices of Reality: Demonstrates the universality of the framework by mathematically deriving the canonical slices of Physics, Computation, Biology, and Economics as specific parameter configurations of the meta-interface. The Trinity of Limits: Delineates the three absolute horizons that bound the discipline: the Shannon Limit (Lower Bound), Gödel's Incompleteness (Upper Bound), and Computational Irreducibility (Outer Bound). Axiomatic Decoding: Proposes a novel inference-time intervention mechanism to mitigate LLM hallucinations by introducing explicit "Boundary" constraints into the decoding process. Meta-Ethics: Establishes a foundational ethical framework for the "Meta-Era," including the Creator's Liability and the Alignment Convergence. This document serves as the founding manifesto for the WorldSeed Institute and the discipline of COC, marking the transition of AI development from "Alchemy" to "Architecture."
