Structural Activation and Minimal Realization: A Framework for Coherent Structural Histories
Abstract
This work develops the activation layer of a previously introduced structural ontology defined on a hyperbolic state space. The original framework described a static space of structural possibilities with no time, no dynamics, and no coherent histories. This paper shows how such a static ontology becomes dynamically realized through an irreversible coarse–graining operator. Activation generates temporal ordering, coherent structural units (SCUs), structural gaps, and ordered trajectories. These trajectories constitute universes in a strictly structural sense: they are coherent histories, not physical spacetimes. The framework introduces no geometry, no fields, and no physical parameters. Its purpose is to establish the internal consistency and minimal realizability of structural activation. Projection into observational or physical regimes is left for future work.
