07 01 Base Architecture Luminal B Invasive Breast Carcinoma NST HER2−
Abstract
Luminal B-like breast cancer represents a clinically aggressive subtype characterized by estrogenreceptor positivity (ER+), HER2 negativity, and high proliferative indices [Dai et al., 2015,Harbeck & Gnant, 2017]. Despite targeted endocrine therapies, treatment resistance emergesthrough complex adaptive mechanisms that remain incompletely understood at the systems level[Osborne & Schiff, 2011].Traditional approaches model cancer as a cell-autonomous disease. However, mounting evidence demonstrates that tumor progression fundamentally depends on the establishment ofstable attractors in the multi-dimensional phase space defined by tissue homeostasis parameters [Huang, 2009, Ao, 2008]. I try to present a mathematical framework that treats LuminalB carcinoma as a equilibrium system that has discovered—and actively maintains—an acidicextracellular niche as its primary survival strategy.
