Preanalysis plan for "Requests for primary sources produced as part of the talks (Sondierungsgespräche) about a Jamaica coalition in Germany after the federal election of 2017"

The goal is to collect any primary source produced by actors involved in the talks (“Sondierungsgespräche”) about a “Jamaika-Koalition” following the 2017 federal election in Germany. This preanalysis plan (PAP) outlines details of the emails that will be sent to selected organizations that possibly host primary sources. At this time, I do not know with certainty that an institution hosts sources pertinent to the analysis. This PAP does not address the analysis of sources.
