UNITE features extracted from sWGS data
Abstract
For best practices in reproducible science, all features used in the paper, i.e., Len, SD, C/T, S/L, CNA, and multidimensional arrays, as well as metadata of all samples, are stored in an `MultiAssayExperiment` object in RDS format. The RDS files are deposited in this Zenodo record. The features from cross-validation, the held-out test, and the unseen test are saved in three R objects, respectively. MultiAssayExperiment offers a data structure for representing and analysing multi-omics experiments. To extract those features from the MultiAssayExperiment object, please refer to documentation. Please contact bci-nrlab-admin@qmul.ac.uk for access. For more details on UNITE software, please see: https://zenodo.org/records/18280972
