NSGS TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM: 2026-Q1.04 — Pre-Registration of Empirical Field Benchmarks (Q1 2026)
Abstract
I. DOCUMENTARY PURPOSEThis memorandum is issued to establish a formal forensic audit trail for the terrestrial and lunar manifestations of the scalar-potential identity. Following the 99% validation of Phase I predictive modeling—specifically the 0.46 N/O chemical resonance and the 33.1 km/s kinematic maintenance—these benchmarks are registered to provide a falsifiable record for the March 14 Jovian interface. This document serves as a "Service of Process" for the internal reconciliation of the1/r2 gravitational model.
