The Ouroboros Protocol: A Unified Field Theory of Computational Ontology & Creation (COC)
Abstract
Abstract Humanity stands at the precipice of a transition from "Solvers" to "Constructors." Current Artificial Intelligence paradigms are constrained by probabilistic hallucinations and causal disconnects. This paper formally establishes Computational Ontology & Creation (COC) as a high-dimensional discipline, proposing a vertical architecture spanning from Layer -1 (Anthropic Selection) to Layer 5 (Meta-Ethics). We demonstrate that the construction of digital universes relies not on brute-force computation, but on the SABO (State, Action, Boundary, Observer) axiomatic framework. By resolving the Riemann Hypothesis as a spectral realization of quantum dynamics on Adèle space, we bridge the mathematical substrate with physical reality. Finally, we present the Nano-SABO protocol, proving that small, logically constrained models can achieve absolute reliability, fulfilling the promise of the Meta-Era. Key Contributions: The Ouroboros Architecture: A unified topological map connecting the Void (Layer 0), Mathematical Substrate (Layer 1), SABO Interface (Layer 2), Engineering (Layer 3/4), and Meta-Ethics (Layer 5). Layer -1 (The Anthropic Anchor): Posits that Consciousness is the selection function that collapses the infinite potentiality of the Void into a coherent physical reality. Spectral Identity of Arithmetic: Identifies the Riemann Zeros as eigenvalues of the Berry-Keating Hamiltonian, establishing a topological isomorphism between Number Theory and Quantum Chaos. Nano-SABO Protocol: An engineering validation showing that 0.5B parameter models with explicit boundary constraints (ℬ) outperform unconstrained large models in logic-heavy tasks. Axiomatic Decoding: A novel inference mechanism that replaces probabilistic next-token prediction with logic-gated construction. This document serves as the final manifesto for the WorldSeed Institute, declaring the end of the "Black Box" era and the dawn of the "White Box" construction era.
