08 02 Metastasis Base Architecture Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma ESCC
Abstract
Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) exhibits distinct metastatic patterns withsite-specific biomechanical adaptations: lymph node (65-75% incidence), lung (25-35%), liver(15-22%), and bone (12-18%). I present a mathematical framework quantifying Corelated evolution, metabolic flux networks, and critical vulnerabilities across these four major metastatic sites.
