How effective is avacopan in treating vasculitis associated with proteinase 3-ANCA?
Abstract
Avacopan appears to be an effective adjunctive treatment for ANCA-associated vasculitis, with some evidence indicating benefits specifically for PR3-ANCA-associated cases. However, more targeted studies are required to confirm its efficacy in this subgroup.
