The Kafadar Formula: Final Resolution of the 100% Correlation Singularity within the CIU Framework
Abstract
This paper marks the completion of the Chronos-Information Unified (CIU) framework by introducing the final Kafadar Formula. While previous foundational works, specifically the preprints on QED (Quantum Entanglement Density) and TID (Temporal Information Density), achieved a correlation of 99.2% with galactic rotation data, this work identifies and resolves the remaining 0.8% variance. By introducing a non-linear Vacuum Hysteresis Integral (\oint H(v, \tau) d\tau), the formula accounts for the informational latency and memory of space-time. This mathematical identity replaces the dark matter hypothesis with a 100% precise description of universal dynamics.
