This release contains the cleaned and finalized code used to reproduce the analyses in "Spatial portfolios in coral metapopulations are shaped by spatiotemporal asynchrony in environmental conditions". This version supersedes the previous pre-review code release (v1.0.1). Changes: Generation of directories for placing downloaded data. CSV reading that is robust to changes in data release from MCR LTER. Master code script for generating directories and running complete analyses. No further code changes are planned. Only metadata (e.g., article DOI) will be updated upon publication.
