12 01 Base Architecture Gastric Adenocarcinoma Intestinal Type
Abstract
Intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma (IGA) represents50-60% of gastric cancers, characterized by glandular differentiation and chronic inflammatory microenvironment. Unlike diffuse-type gastric cancer, IGA exhibits preserved cellular cohesion and distinct metabolic zonationdriven by vascular heterogeneity . Current therapeuticapproaches target isolated pathways (HER2, PD-1), yet5-year survival remains 30% for advanced disease. This framework tries to model the carcinomas dynamic and architecture, that can lead to varios simulations depending on paramteres of how the carconoma responds and adapts in various scenarios and constraints.
