Abstract

Releasing v0.2.0 with some minor fixes and improvements. Changed deflator and exchange rate source from World Bank to IMF. kt is now kilometric_ton, not knot. Added gallon and barrel as units. Added watt as unit for power (energy flow per time). Added pound as a unit for flow mass. Added more flow definitions (coal, crude oil, methane, CO2).
