Abstract

CMS1 (MSI-high) colorectal cancer represents a unique ecosystem where genomic instability (microsatellite instability) creates massive neoantigen burden, paradoxically triggering intense immuneinfiltration while maintaining tumor survival through incompletely understood mechanisms. Traditional analyses focus on isolated aspects—genomics OR immunology OR metabolism—missing theemergent properties arising from their integration.
