Agile Arbeitsorganisation in der Intralogistik – Die Bedeutung agiler Methoden, Praktiken und Tools für die Reaktionsfähigkeit aus Sicht von Blue‑Collar‑Beschäftigten in Schweizer Industrie- und Handelsunternehmen
Abstract
This poster presents the results of a DBA dissertation on agile work organisation in intralogistics in Swiss industrial and retail companies. The study investigates how agile methods, practices and tools (e.g. daily stand‑ups, Kanban, KVP workshops) influence the reaction capability of intralogistics from the perspective of blue‑collar employees. The empirical basis consists of 23 semi‑structured expert interviews with managers and practitioners in intralogistics. The qualitative content analysis identifies key organisational and human determinants of reaction capability, including leadership, communication, learning and resilience, autonomy and job rotation. The poster also summarises practical implementation steps for introducing agile practices in intralogistics and highlights perceived benefits such as faster coordination, higher employee involvement and greater clarity of responsibilities.
