Abstract

The empirical formula M = (D/163)γₙ is subjected to six independent falsifiable tests: two structural robustness tests (noise injection preserving R² = 0.997; parameter scan confirming D = 24 and D = 32 as unique isolated minima), one parameter-free ratio test (Weinberg angle to 0.09%), and three analytical consistency checks (Newton multiplicity product 1.0008 ± 0.0028 across 6 particles; Zeta Clock phase-jump detection with 9/9 true positives and 0/4 false positives; cross-sector error consistency). All six tests pass. No quantum hardware claims are made. Data and scripts are provided.
