16 01 Base Architecture Hepatocellular Carcinoma HCV-related
Abstract
CTNNB1-mutant HCC represents 20-40% of hepatocellular carcinomas and exhibits distinct metabolic characteristics compared to other molecular subtypes [Llovet et al., 2021, Zucman-Rossi et al., 2022]. The constitutivestabilization of-catenin through exon 3 mutations fundamentally reshapes cellular metabolism, organellar architecture, and ecosystem interactions [Rebouissou et al., 2016].Current therapeutic approaches remain largely empirical, lacking quantitative frameworks to predict tumorresponse and optimal intervention timing. This Framework Tries Modestly to Take a snapshot of this Carconomas Dinamic and Base architecture as a coeherent logical organizing system.
