Cross-Platform Quantum Encoding of the Mass Formula: IBM Hardware Validation
Abstract
The arithmetic mass formula M = (D/163)σ(N) is encoded as quantum circuits and executed on IBM superconducting hardware (ibm_fez, Heron r2, 156 qubits, ~50,000 shots). Six test suites: (1) unitarity of mass encoding (reversibility 98.2%); (2) logical sieve with 16× discrimination between valid and invalid (tₙ, D) configurations; (3) the complete arithmetic chain N → S_N → σ → M without invoking ζ, with 9.7× contrast between critical and random primes; (4) spectral convergence of the arithmetic operator, with rigidity increasing from 0.2% gap at γ₁ to 76% gap at the W boson under 10% perturbation; (5) Zeta Clock phase-jump detection (9/9 true positives, 0/4 false positives); (6) Weinberg angle from entangled W–Z phase encoding. All results are consistent with classical computation, confirming hardware independence. No quantum advantage is claimed.
