Unified Substrate Theory: A First-Principles Framework for Emergent Quantum Structure, Gravity, and Gauge Interactions — Complete Corpus with Methodological and Operational Guides
Abstract
TITLE Unified Substrate Theory: A First-Principles Framework for Emergent Quantum Structure, Gravity, and Gauge Interactions — Complete Corpus with Methodological and Operational Guides This version adds the UST Technical Handbook and Operational Playbook to clarify methodology, numerical closure, and correct application of the theory. No changes have been made to the theoretical framework or derivations presented in the prior release. DESCRIPTION This Zenodo record contains the complete research corpus of the Unified Substrate Theory (UST), a first-principles theoretical framework in which spacetime geometry, quantum structure, gauge interactions, and fundamental constants emerge from a single coherent substrate field governed by a saturation-regulated action. UST is constructed as a symbolic-first, dimensionless theory. All physical structure is derived analytically from a single action; numerical realization occurs only after symbolic closure, followed by a single global projection into SI units. The theory is not formulated as a boundary-value or simulation-based model, and does not rely on algorithmic evolution or numerical solvers. The corpus is intentionally organized into four complementary layers, designed to allow a human reader to follow, reproduce, and evaluate the theory on its own terms. (I) Foundational Derivation Papers Emergent Radial Scale r from Coherence Energy in UST UST Lagrangian: First-Principled Derivation Dimensional Emergence from the Lagrangian All-Order Quantum Closure and Parameter Determination Emergent Quantum Structure from Substrate Coherence These papers motivate and derive the UST action from first principles, establish the role of substrate coherence and saturation, and demonstrate how dimensional structure, scale, and physical units emerge without being assumed. No phenomenological inputs or external geometric structures are introduced. (II) Core Algebraic Development (Papers 0–14) Papers 0–14 constitute the complete algebraic, variational, and structural development of UST. Beginning with Paper 0, which locks definitions and assumptions to prevent semantic drift, the series proceeds systematically through: canonical quantization eigenvalue and mode structure gauge interaction emergence derivation of fundamental constants ultraviolet finiteness and all-order closure mixing matrices and family structure explicit falsifiability conditions No assumptions are introduced beyond those established in the foundational derivation papers. (III) Validation and Application Papers Neutrino Masses in UST Proton Mass from Three-Twist Coherence in UST These papers demonstrate the internal executability and predictive structure of UST through explicit derivations of particle masses, mixing matrices, quantum structure, and emergent scale. They are applications of the theory, not additional axioms or extensions. (IV) Methodological and Operational Guides UST Technical Handbook UST Operational Playbook These documents are included to ensure correct use, evaluation, and reproduction of the theory. They do not introduce new physics, assumptions, or parameters. Instead, they: formalize the symbolic-first → numerical realization → SI projection discipline specify how numerical closure is achieved without simulation or boundary-value solvers identify common category errors that would otherwise misrepresent the theory provide step-by-step operational guidance for applying UST without violating its nonlinear, scale-emergent structure They are intended to support human reproducibility, clarify methodology, and prevent misapplication of modern numerical or simulation-based validation paradigms that are incompatible with the structure of UST. Theory Characteristics No adjustable free parameters No auxiliary fields beyond the substrate scalar No background spacetime geometry assumed No reliance on numerical simulation or boundary-value formulations Explicit mathematical and experimental falsifiability conditions stated Reading Guidance Readers encountering UST for the first time are advised to begin with the Foundational Derivation Papers, followed by Paper 0 and the sequential core series (Papers 1–14). The Technical Handbook and Operational Playbook should be consulted alongside the core papers to ensure correct interpretation and application of the theory.
