Abstract

Current attempts to unify physics often rely on heuristic analogies. We present Projective Spectral Dynamics (PSD), a rigorous framework that maps physical laws to optimal error-correcting codes in Information Theory. Building on the "It from Bit" paradigm, we propose an isomorphism where: (1) The Klein-Gordon equation emerges as the Euler-Lagrange extremum of Fisher Information under bandwidth constraints; (2) Inertial mass is modeled as the thermodynamic cost of maintaining information fidelity against a background "Complexity Field" (χ); (3) Spin and Charge are identified as cyclic update phases and parity bits of the underlying data structure; (4) The Pauli Exclusion Principle is strictly analogous to a "Hash Collision Resolution Protocol" (Open Addressing). Finally, we resolve Confinement as a Transaction Atomicity constraint via Erasure Coding. We provide a simulation kernel to verify these mechanisms and propose a decisive falsifiability test via Quadratic Dispersion (n = 2) in Gamma-Ray Bursts.
