Abstract

This paper serves as a direct supplement to the Coherent Field Model (CFM), with the specific intent of fully deriving and defining the recovery constant R from first principles as the leading-order residue of a compact 4D phase rotation. Using this constant in conjunction with the azimuthal flow v2, we address five major observational discrepancies: the Muon g-2 residual, the Proton Charge Radius, primordial Lithium-7 abundance, the Hubble Tension, and the Pioneer Anomaly. Blind numerical simulations confirm deterministic alignment with multi-scale data without post-hoc adjustments.
