Proxy-Mediated Conversational Continuity: Zero-State Buffering and Update-Driven Buckets Across Temporal Scales
Abstract
Conversational stress frequently arises not from the absence of information but from unstructured temporal gaps that invite premature interpretation. This paper proposes a proxy-mediated reframing of conversational latency through zero-state buffering and update-driven conversational buckets. By explicitly abandoning real-time metaphors and instead employing an update-driven conversational proxy, the framework enables quasi-real-time topical continuity without claiming simultaneity or impersonation. The proposed approach unifies lunar-distance communication, Mars-scale interaction, and speech accessibility support within a single ethical and causal framework.
