Self-Organizing Persistent Denial Environment Generation System and Methodology for Stabilizing Macroscopic Coherent States
Abstract
This paper proposes a non-kinetic defense paradigm termed the Self-Organizing Persistent Denial Environment (S-PDE), which neutralizes threats through distributed informational and field-based interference rather than physical destruction. By introducing homeostatic protocols, global synchronization, and ensemble-based self-correction, the system maintains stability at scale. The work further presents methods to stabilize macroscopic coherent states using the Quantum Zeno effect and topological shielding, offering a resilient blueprint for wide-area, decoherence-resistant security environments.
