Abstract

This paper proposes a formal departure from the parametric description of the universe, introducing the 10-bit Cosmic Genetic Code (CGC) as the foundational instructional set of the manifold. By mapping the eight fundamental operators of physics (Matter (M), Energy (E), Space (S), Time (T), Quantum (Q), Continuity(C), Symmetry (Y), Breaking (B), onto a discrete genomic architecture, we demonstrate that the LCDM "Wild Type" is the result of a structured selection process within a 1024-node configuration space. Beyond resolving the Hubble Tension and the Fine-Tuning Paradox through Information-Theoretic Entropy (H), this framework predicts a unique signature of "Phenotypic Quantization." We posit that fundamental constants do not evolve smoothly but undergo discrete state-transitions—"bit-flips"—observable in high-redshift spectroscopic data. Finally, we project the expansion of the CGC to a 36-bit Universal Operating System, establishing a logical linkage between cosmological stability and the 26 constants of the Standard Model. This transition from "Accidental Numbers" to "Combinatorial Necessity" provides a falsifiable roadmap for a unified theory of information and physics.
