Instantaneous Structural Health Monitoring via Non-Local Quantum Correlation: Zero-Latency Damage Detection Protocol utilizing the Quantum Zeno Effect and Topological Entanglement
Abstract
This paper proposes a zero-latency structural health monitoring paradigm that abandons classical wave-based sensing. By embedding quantum correlation elements into a structure and stabilizing a macroscopic entangled “healthy” state via the Quantum Zeno Effect, damage is detected as an instantaneous global phase transition. The system outputs a binary alarm without signal propagation delay, blind spots, or complex interpretation, offering a deterministic, topologically resilient solution for real-time infrastructure and aerospace safety.
