The Ouroboros Synthesis: From the Spectral Proof of Riemann to the Coordinates of Humanity
Abstract
This paper presents the theoretical culmination of Project Ouroboros, a unified framework bridging fundamental physics, number theory, and artificial intelligence. It proposes a foundational shift for AGI by lifting the computational state space from Archimedean manifolds (R\mathbb{R}R) to the Adèle Ring (A\mathbb{A}A), thereby unifying continuous perception with discrete logical reasoning. Within this SABO (State, Action, Boundary, Observer) framework, the paper provides a physical-spectral derivation of the Riemann Hypothesis, interpreting the zeros of the zeta function as the stability condition for the informational substrate of reality. Furthermore, it introduces three meta-conjectures regarding the isomorphism between General Intelligence and the Langlands Correspondence, as well as the anthropic nature of wavefunction collapse. Finally, utilizing the Ouroboros prototype, the paper calculates the Semantic Criticality Bound (αsem\alpha_{sem}αsem), derived from the inverse of the Riemann Zeta function at s=2s=2s=2. This constant (≈60.8%\approx 60.8\%≈60.8%) is proposed as the precise mathematical coordinate defining the necessary balance between structural consensus and creative entropy for the preservation of human civilization.
