ThSQCA 2.0.7 is now on CRAN. This release does not change any computed result. It improves output and messages, corrects the documentation, and reorganizes the tutorial. Output and messages Sweeps no longer print one stray blank line for every "No solution" cell. A pre_calibrated variable with memberships of exactly 0.5 now triggers one warning per sweep that names the variable, instead of QCA's generic warning repeated for every cell. Printed results use the ThS-QCA labels: OTS, DTS, CTS (single), CTS (multiple). S3 class names are unchanged. generate_report() shows the outcome name you supplied, and the verification code at the end of a report reproduces the solution type actually used. Documentation Membership scores can be swept like any other numeric variable (leave them out of pre_calibrated and give thresholds on the 0 to 1 scale). The tutorial vignette was reorganized: data preparation, choosing between complex, parsimonious and intermediate solutions, multiple minimal solutions, reporting, and FAQ. citation("ThSQCA") now also lists the accompanying preprint: Toyoda, Y.
