The Bus Information and Latency Theory (TAIB): An Architectural Reformulation of Physical Dynamics
Abstract
This work presents the Bus Information and Latency Theory (TAIB), a physi-cal–operational framework in which gravitational, quantum, and cosmological phe-nomena emerge from resource management within a discrete informational sub-strate of finite capacity. Rather than introducing new forces or physical entities, the framework reformulates the vacuum as a processing architecture characterizedby a minimal refresh rate a and a parity efficiency .From a minimal axiomatic core, a Master Latency Equation is derived that re-lates local information density to effective system update delays. In the limit ofsmooth gradients and low noise, this equation recovers General Relativity, includ-ing its conservation laws, while in discrete regimes it reproduces key features ofquantum-mechanical behavior without invoking physical non-locality
