Abstract

This record contains the immutable v1.0 seed paper of the MPBI (Myelin–Proton–Biophoton Interface) framework. The MPBI framework proposes a conceptual and theoretical model exploring how quantum coherence in neural microtubule structures, proton dynamics, and biophoton interactions may relate to emergent time perception and conscious moments. This work is exploratory and theoretical in nature. It does not present experimental data, simulations, or clinical applications, and should not be interpreted as empirical validation of the proposed mechanisms. Supplementary conceptual figures, including AI-assisted visualizations, are provided as a separate archive to support interpretative understanding only.
