Abstract

MATLAB/FieldTrip-based pipeline for source-level MEG connectivity analysis of swallowing. The pipeline supports end-to-end processing from raw CTF MEG datasets to ROI-level functional and directed connectivity metrics (wPLI, PSI), including group-level statistics and cluster-based permutation testing.
