USE OF GEODESIC-MARKSHADING METHODS IN CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNELS

Perinatal diagnostics is an urgent problem in modern practical medicine, which is why the article examines the effectiveness of perinatal screening in the Republic of Mordovia for the period 2022-2024 in the prevention of genetic diseases in newborns. The article presents the results of analyzing data on the work of the Medical Genetics Consultation. It was found that the coverage of pregnant women with the first screening corresponds to international standards. The main focus is on identifying chromosomal abnormalities and congenital malformations. This study can be useful for assessing the effectiveness of perinatal screening and identifying trends in the prevention of genetic diseases.
