Observable Regulation Windows in Physical Systems: Empirical Tests of the Mass–Energy Regulation Principle
Abstract
This record presents empirical tests of a constraint-based framework in which the existence, persistence, and failure of physical systems are governed by energy regulation capacity rather than domain-specific dynamics. Using publicly reported measurements and conservative bounds, real systems from multiple physical domains are embedded into a common executability space without fitting or tuning. Observed stability windows, threshold behavior, and failure modes align with predicted regime boundaries. An accompanying supplementary file provides the induced regime classification, derived parameters, and proxy mappings required for consistent empirical application. No new physical assumptions, mechanisms, or dynamics are introduced.
