Executable Reality: Worked Numerical Demonstrations of Energy Regulation Across Physical and Living Systems
Abstract
This record presents worked numerical demonstrations of the Mass–Energy Regulation Principle using conservative, publicly available parameters and explicit calculations. Representative systems from inert matter, nuclear structure, plasma physics, and living physiology are evaluated by computing regulation bounds and classifying observed behavior without fitting or tuning. An accompanying replication checklist is included as a supplementary file, providing step-by-step procedures that allow independent readers to reproduce the calculations and regime classifications using basic arithmetic and conservative assumptions. Together, the files demonstrate that the framework is operationally executable, robust to reasonable uncertainty, and applicable across physical and living systems.
