Addendum 3 – Refinement of the Proton–Electron Mass Ratio in Space–Change Geometry (SCG)

Addendum 3 shows that incorporating parallel transport of the internal change plane in Space–Change Geometry introduces a unique second-order geometric correction to the proton–electron mass ratio. The resulting expression, determined entirely by discrete closure and holonomy constraints, yields strong quantitative agreement with experiment without invoking adjustable parameters or phenomenological input.
